How do I measure to replace the handles on my cabinets?
To correctly measure a cabinet handle, open the door on the cabinet with the handle you want to replace and look for the fixing screws on the inside. Measure the distance between these two holes from the center of each screw. This will give you the measurement you need when buying your new handles.

Do you provide installation services?
We don’t provide installation services, but we also understand that not everyone wants to install their own kits. If you’d like help, we recommend reaching out to a local handyman or certified electrician. If you have further questions, just reach out to us at support@rentalredo.com.
Where are your products designed and made? 
Our products are designed in Austin, NYC, Mexico City, and Copenhagen with a philosophy that our kits should be equally beautiful and functional. They are manufactured in the US, Mexico, Denmark, and China. 
If I pre-order my kit or products now, why is shipping at least 3 weeks?
We hope to get your order to you asap, but the high influx of orders and COVID has impacted our small team, which has caused the ship times to be pushed back.   
What do I do with the finishings/hardware/lighting that I replace? 
We’ve designed all of our products with renters in mind – and that means being able to de-install your kit when you end your lease. To protect your security deposit, we recommend storing whatever you replaced, so you can return your apartment back to its original state when you leave. 
How do I learn more about a product?

Do the lights come with lightbulbs?
We do not provide lightbulbs for our lighting, unless specified. Please refer to the download booklet, if available, found on the product page for lighting specifications. 
Do your products have long lead times? 
Some of our products are one-of-a-kind and made to order from our vendors. Therefore it may impact the amount of time from the moment you place your order to when it is delivered to your home. 
Do you ship internationally? 
We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 states and do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding these options and will let you know as soon as they change!
How much does shipping cost?
Because every Rental Re/Do kit is customized for your space, there isn’t a standardized shipping rate. Shipping charges vary based on the size of your order. 
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes you change your mind! You can change or cancel within 24 hours. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@rentalredo.com.
Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?
Yes, please email support@rentalredo.com with your name, email and company information. 
What is your return policy?
Refund policies vary by product, as messaged on each individual product page and on your order receipt.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free!
If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions.
In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Request Form, and we will reach out to you with next steps upon completion.
